Here’s the story in his own words…
“On 07-20-14, at Penderbrook Golf Club in Fairfax, VA, I hit a 90 degree wedge on hole #13, par 3 at 90 yards, my ball hit about a yard or so in front of the flag, went past the flag and drew back to the hole, and rested against the flag pole, then dropping before we could reach the green. Final score 74.”
#13 at Penderbrook is a tricky little Par 3 over water with a wide but not deep green.
