Last Chance for VSGA One-Day Events

Are you ready to see how the golf game you’ve been working on all season holds up in competition play?

There are still several Virginia State Golf Association (VSGA) One-Day events remaining over the next couple of weeks.

VA State Golf AssnVSGA One-Day events are open to men, women and junior golfers of all ages and abilities and provide great pportunities to access many courses – private and public – throughout the commonwealth.

The events are open to any golfer who wants to play, from beginner to tournament player.

The entry fee is just $56 ($76 for non-VSGA members). All you have to do is sign up, show up and tee it up. Everything else is done by the VSGA staff.

There are gross and net winners at each event so everyone has a chance to participate and win.

Below is a list of remaining VSGA One-Day events in October and November:

Thursday, Oct. 25 – Cannon Ridge Golf Club, Fredericksburg – 10 a.m.

Sunday, Oct. 28 – Ford’s Colony Country Club (Blackheath Course), Williamsburg – 9:30 a.m.

Monday, Oct. 29 – Springfield Golf and Country Club, Springfield – 10 a.m.

Monday, Oct. 29 – The Country Club of Virginia (Tuckahoe Creek Course), Richmond – 10 a.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 31 – The Signature at West Neck, Virginia Beach – 12 p.m.

Thursday, Nov. 1 – Princess Anne Country Club, Virginia Beach – 10 a.m.

Sunday, Nov. 4 – Kingsmill Resort (Woods Course), Williamsburg – 10 a.m.

Monday, Nov. 5 – Kingsmill Resort (River Course), Williamsburg – 10 a.m.

Monday, Nov. 12 – Golden Horseshoe Golf Club (Green Course), Williamsburg – 10 a.m.

Monday, Nov. 12 – River Creek Club, Leesburg, 11 a.m.

Thursday, Nov. 15 – Elizabeth Manor Golf and Country Club, Portsmouth, 10 a.m. (rescheduled from Aug. 30)
